This marketplace stores an account, listings, inquiries, and payment records. This page names those records in plain language. It does not give the product a company legal name, it does not state a regulator license, and PropVest is not the land department.

Account
When you create an account, the product stores the name, email, and username you submit, and a hash of your password. Those fields are used to sign you in, verify email, and reset a password.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If you opt in to marketing email, that choice is stored. If you do not opt in, you are not treated as subscribed.
Listings
A sale or rent listing stores the property facts, price or rent, photos, and documents the lister submits so other people can browse that whole home.
Registrar review of an ownership record is a check inside this product. Publishing a listing does not register the land with a government land department.
Inquiries
When you ask about a home, the product stores the inquiry, the listing it refers to, and the contact details you give, so the assigned agent or company can reply.
Payments
Rent, deposits, and other checkout flows are recorded in the product. A record here is not money that has settled at a bank.
Privacy requests
Use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion review. Identity and relationship checks apply before account or marketplace records are disclosed or changed.
A final retention standard and counsel-approved privacy notice are not recorded. The review state above remains open.
