Accounts and access
Do not impersonate another person, share access you are not allowed to share, evade an account restriction, or attempt to enter another user or organization workspace.
Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at high rate, or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
Listings and messages
Do not submit false property facts, copied media you cannot use, unlawful content, malicious files, spam, harassment, or contact details intended to mislead another person.
Do not use inquiries, tickets, reviews, or messaging to collect personal data for an unrelated purpose.
Response
The product may rate-limit, hold, remove, or restrict activity while authorized staff review suspected abuse. Sensitive staff actions require explicit capability and are recorded.
Use the contact page for public reports. Signed-in users can open a help ticket when they need a tracked conversation.
